I also wonder how much board level 'strategic directing' they do relative to men. Not that I'd pay much attention to a flyer with no background info. Must be other studies by now. I'm most interested in the long term outcome (10+ years) of all boards with 50/50 women or higher

This study makes sense. But can you please educate us why this is so? Is it because women have periods, which interferes with their work or could it be that women are not hard wired to do these kinds of jobs. I would love your feedback on this.
