Gee, it's almost as if men and women socialize differently. Guess what, many males find female bonding equally obnoxious. I guess we have to outlaw both in the name of equality. No more gossiping in the break room. No more banter or friendly insults in the construction yard.

I work in one of those occupations and quietly is not an adjective I would use to describe how we handle the dangers of our job. We talk nonstop about the risks.
