Because men can never be the victims

And rightfully so. And we should never stoop to those lows and accept a victimization platform. We should lead the way with courage and strength and promote equality. Fight for it, die for it - as we always have.
#beanequalist -
I dont disagree with that but I hate how all that hard work and self sacrifice those men have made gets forgotten so easily in favor of "feminism"
-
Discussing our contributions is not the same as playing the victims. Be proud of being a male. Be proud of serving the strong powerful women you love (in my case wife, daughter, mother). Tell the world loudly. You’re right. Men can’t be victims. I’m saying we shouldn’t want to be

So what you're saying is: we should randomly select women to be killed in order to achieve true parity in death rate between the genders?
-
"so what you're saying is" Haven't people learned not to start a sentence like that, in reply to Jordan B Peterson?
-
It's a meme at this point

Because women have had to actively fight the rules, laws and norms made by men to be able to earn money, own property, not be property, go to school, vote, assume public roles, etc, while always caring for men and supporting their health and well being?
-
yeah i would say the death rate gap is less of a gender issue because the victimization is not being perpetuated by the opposite gender. if anything, it’s being perpetuated by the same gender.
-
Wow, the death rates at war was done because men desperately hated women and prevented women and children from fighting war. Because the garbage man, night soil man, etc are doing the jobs that they can not to put food on the tables of their families that some how excludes women
-
War has been waged by men. Laws have been made by men. I have no issue with divisions of labour, especially those that fit with natural strengths and inclinations, but with centuries of laws that gave women no choice in the matter and rendered them subordinate and dependent.

Well said hudsonjane5!

Thanks, Tony!

Someone’s conveniently forgetting that the common man wasn’t always allowed to vote. All men over 21 got the vote in 1918 and all women over 21 got it in 1928. So not the really the one sided picture as painted by many (bigoted) feminists.
-
That same common man could hold title to land as opposed to women (coverture laws) And if a woman didn’t like it, that same common man could legally beat the hell out of her.

yeah, that's a real thinker, chief

It's almost like he only looks for evidence that confirms his prejudices
-
Meanwhile totally overlooking /denying all evidence that confirms exactly why women don't work these types of jobs. Then proceeding to villify and dehumanize women while victimizing and glorifying men.pic.twitter.com/tlaTDlFp4G
-
A culture of discrimination absolutely does not explain all of why women don't do these jobs. Not even close. All it really does is drive out 4 of the 30 women working these jobs, meanwhile there's 10 million men in them. Ridiculous.
-
Yes, I would like to see them present evidence about the actual extent to which discrimination drives women from these fields. It seems very implausible it accounts for much. If it did, we should hear about the thousands and thousands of women driven from these fields.
-
Their are thousands. You just can't be bothered researching it.
-
For all you know, I research it for a living and simply want to see it presented here. Now - where is this evidence? Please present it.
-
Well, demanding evidence: I usually tell people to f off if they do that. No one owes you anything, but especially if you "just want to see it". Seriously, why would anyone care enough to research for you?
