Can I choose to identify this picture as "Black and White" or is that now too binary? #Grayscale

The story of the photo proves the narrative most closely associated with the photo is appropriate - she was both catcalled and had men grabbing their crotch as she walked past. Jordan, you’re overreaching and a number of your recent posts are concerning.
-
Idk man, making a narrative out of a split second in time can be misleading. Did you read the article? The model said that she felt appreciated, so why can’t you just leave it that? But it’s art, so I guess it can say whatever you want it to say...

You mean ideological, not dogmatic.
-
Fair point. Although, an ideology can become dogma once the majority of its proponents can (or will) no longer argue their positions. I'll leave it to you to decide if you still consider that the tweet is miswritten.
-
I understand that ideology holds dogmas. But in his sentence he attributes misappropriation to dogma, whereas it is not the dogmatic part of a belief system that makes it misinterpret events, but the ideological component. 1/2
-
The dogma part makes you hold something as undeniable. The ideological part is what guides you to make the facts fit your theory. They are not the same thing, and the misappropriation itself isn't dogmatic. 2/2
-
That's a great distinction and very well put! I'm sold. :)

Even back then, they knew how to stage manage a photo. Gosh.

Italian living in Italy. Had a large print of that photo for years until I moved, sold it easily. Orkin fan long before current day feminist whatever and still am. I appreciate the feminine in that photo...a modern day Dante's Beatrice for sure. N. American's and their diseases.

I know photographs can capture the micro expression of human faces but on first glance this one looks very staged to me. When I read the blurb of when, and where, the model and what she was asked to do and the back story of the photographer, it gave me why. Context is important

Maybe, but I haven’t seen the photo until just now and it’s a wonder! Just magical-she is so captivating. So I don’t really care why someone put it on Twitter, I’m just happy they did.

That plus a healthy dose of the picture itself being over-dramatized. Once the photographer asked her to walk it again, the picture became unnatural - an unrealistic representation of a natural characteristic of the archatypal man... easy target.

Maybe you won't read this, but how are you dealing with the rather obvious fact you're becoming a narcissistic vain person? I'm a fan, I've just noticed your behavioral changes. Are you aware of it and are you trying to reverse the damaging 'fame' effects?
