What we have is meritocracy. A society where reward are based on ones contribution to society is fair. My daughters are doing great because they are competent and worked hard to be among the best in their STEM field. Physical superiority is not social superiority never has been.

I don't think Peterson advocates for the role of women in society to be in the kitchen. I think what you're referring to is the fact that he gives insight into the evolutionary psychology perspective, which is important to consider when making sweeping statements about society
