You wouldn't let someone ride your horse if they consistently said stuff that pissed you off. Twitter can do this because it's not actually a public platform.

The BBC conversely is obligated to air the views of controversialist dreamers, but is 100% curated. It takes a lot of flak from folk on all sides for 'silencing' their view. At least with the Beeb they'd have to answer for it.
