It's equally dangerous to try to shame/silence comedians as it is to ban journalists..... comedy is a creative outlet of expression Davidson was wrong to apologize regardless of who he "offended" with his joke. We're in dangerous times of comedy is being censored.

SNL is based on improv. It’s possible Davidson genuinely regretted the way the joke came off and made amends.
