To be fair, unconscious bias training doesn't seem actively harmful. It's just a waste of time that legitimizes the idea that our biases are 1) inherently bad and 2) "taught" by society. They're not all bad and a lot (most?) of them are or were evolutionary useful.

Jordan- pretending the United States (62% white) is the same as Canada (84% white) is problematic at best. Diversity means a different thing to us, and class oppression means a different thing to us. These programs are a direct reaction to real class struggle that you can’t deny.

Jung is a great tool for self actualization but is literal nazism when applied to socioeconomic struggle. Come to America and tell a poor black woman to self actualize when she’s 3/4 more likely to be denied medical treatment. These are problems that don’t exist in Canada.
