Job training should be prioritized over anything especially for these students and especially during, not post, secondary education instead of letting them waste hours of their youth learning and immediately forgetting every subject that's forced down their eyes

'Free' college for all does not mean there will be no pre admittance tests. Look at what Germany is doing. Tests are still in place, but they removed tuition costs (are now about 100 euros per semester).

Here in Brazil we have a 100% free tuition. A good basic education (middle school and high school), however, cannot be afforded by everyone. In that sense if an expensive tuition means that only rich people go to college, free tuition is making the poor pay for the rich.
