The 4.5 billion is only the down payment. If this is going to happen, the money has just begun to be spent. Apparently being a drama teacher is not good training for this job of being a prime minister.

You’re really confused. 1) Cons don’t want govt buying pipelines, 2) KM walked because of sclerotic regulations and approvals promoted by this same govt, 3) Canada has lost $4.5 bin AND it’s investment reputation. The govt is hopeless
