Not an 'activist' Court, the decision was in accordance with established precedent. That's what happens when the feds don't take their duty to consult seriously.

I find the case very confusing myself. Cleaner energy solutions would be nice (if viable?). If First Nations weren't properly consulted, then that should be corrected.

I read a storybook to my young children recently where migrating animals could not cross to their breeding grounds due to a huge pipeline blocking their way. Please tell me that animals welfare has been factored into the design of this pipeline and others similar.
