        Ralph Waldo Emerson would be considered "Alt Right" today while Henry David Thoreau would be deemed a Nazi, given his allusion to "stepping to the beat of a drum". Obviously he meant "goose stepping" to the "Horst Wessel Lied" while brandishing a giant two-handed silver mirror.
