What's the definition of moderate in this day and age? How do you separate your version of a Good moderate Democrat from the kind of centrism that is obviously dying and tied into old media structures?

As I see it: Aside from the "old-style moderates" (practically neocons), who are losing ground, and have for a while - The Democratic party currently can be divided into social progressives and economic progressives. Both overlap and are mostly willing to work with the other.
