@jordanbpeterson if I’m not mistaken I believe in one of your lectures you discussed that physical and mental health are correlated. It makes sense, because they both require discipline and commitment. This study just proves that.

It makes no difference what you eat provided you stay under your caloric requirements. I’m not saying it’s healthy but if we are talking pure weight loss then calories in vs calories out are the only thing that matter.

I'm plumply suspicious of these correlations, I wonder the way they should be read: does the excess of fat impair cognitive processes, or the more people are cognitively efficient, the more they will care about their overall health, including weight?
