Is this perhaps why institutions need to be "feminized" though? Because the hard reality of IQ differences ultimately isn't very fair?

Disagree, I would argue that high IQ people moves everyone to a better place. lets put it this way, who would you prefer to be designing cars and aircrafts? who would you prefer to be in charge of the economic policies on a country?

I wonder how you could study self motivation? I think self motivation helps a ton, but it certainly has limits. Without the education necessary to guide your motivation in the right direction, and many other factors, a person eventually hits a wall.
