This article is ignoring the many and substantive difficulties involved in practicing legal objectivity when interpreting the constitution. This isnt even exclusively a political issue anymore. Hardly anyone believes judges are or can be exclusively objective.

I hope you also find the courage to speak out against the current US Pres who is the very definition of "chaos". He cozies up to dictators, throws democratic allies under the bus, and BTW breaks every one of your 12 rules. Especially that one about never lying. Why the silence?

no progressive actually believes in free trade - look at how popular Bernies Sanders is in the US - or Corbyn in UK - a typical leftist will take protecting the regulatory state and big gov't over free trade or free speech for that matter every day of the week.

Thing A doesn't work perfectly, perhaps we should abolish A. This is never the best answer.
