2/2 Also unsurprisingly, this had not been thoroughly studied before. Our corporate structures & working lives haven't changed shape much since they were invented by Victorian men - who had wives and servants. That's the problem: not the women. Untold talent is lost this way!

There is that. There is also the fact that Nordic countries are still a market economy. Protection of private property, trade polices, investment, business regulations. partial privatization of retirement savings, vouchers in education. List goes on and on.
