I read something similar recently from a female executive in construction. She stated that males having superior strength was a social construct.

I'm guessing she means the word superior. Men have strength in other ways compared to women, and women have strength in other areas. I'm guessing she doesn't like the word superior. But I hope ppl can acknowledge there can be some differences.
