I am half Japanese, and, when applying for university admission, I made the mistake of telling Harvard I was. They were the only school to which I was not invited to attend. I told my father, who told me I should learn from my mistake.

Because the Asians are highly motivated and intelligent! Our Anerican student are worried about safe spaces and afraid of consevative views. We have become liberals propaganda talking point. Agenda undermining our president. Obama's brainwasheing University!

It’s cool, though, because Asian-Americans have always been stoic non-victims who went out of their way to assimilate into society. Squeaky wheels need grease.

Leftists start sounding like far right racists to justify it. Look at the NYT comments "Asians by and large do have the personalities of dried sponges""they already make up 20% of admittees, they are being greedy". This is coming from the left.

It's been a dirty secret in CA unis for decades (lived and went to public school there in 80s). And worst is that Hispanic students are still usually accepted over Azn kids despite Hispanic population is now majority in CA
