    If someone that young does the program, they should aim at improving their lives 6 months down the road, rather than 3-5 years. It's hard to look out that far when 3 years constitutes 20% of your life. We are working on a version for teenagers.

    The data on such programs indicates about a 10% improvement in individual productivity when people formulate explicit life goals. If corporations are interested in using the program (and they should be) they can purchase vouchers for distribution at

    My question would be: how to introduce this to a company I work in? Is there a subscription prepared for companies? I believe that an exercise like this would change the attrition rate at any company hiring young people and would allow employees to develop themselves consciously.
