It's interesting that we want to test and trace our students' academic progress and we are supposed to be data drive-in the classroom yet our governor doesn't seem to espouse those same principles for the highly contagious virus. Odd...

The number of tests shouldn’t impact positivity unless tests are only being given to symptomatic individuals. You’ve basically just discribed how division works.

Agree, but it's helpful to know what various testing sites have at any given time for testing criteria. In MN Centra Care (very large tester) reversed their previous stance and started only testing those with symptoms again. I expect positivity to go up but overall cases down.
