Could the UK not sign deals as long as it doesn't ratify them?

Hmmm, I don’t know. I presume ‘bound’ means bound now as well as in the future. So I presume they also could not be post-dated either. I’m not worried about this though - the UK is going to be in no position to sign anything with anyone anyway!
