Let's see. Ultimately none of us can know for sure. But reading the EU side of this today... does not make me any more optimistic any deal is doable. In fact I am more pessimistic than I was 48 hours ago.

... was probably surprised that the EU didn't slam the door after the deadline for EP ratification passed. Now he is panicking, trying to find an angle with the ERG, maybe even hoping that project fear will move the country and open a window for a deal or blaming the EU...
