Cllr Lyons voted for it I believe? Of your current group only 4 of you voted against it so it can’t have been that ridiculous a proposal.

Either you're proud of your own policies, or you're attacking others for giving your terrible policies the benefit of the doubt. You can't have it both ways. Regardless, it would appear councillors may have been misled in these votes anyway by the Conservative executive.

I have no issue with the principle of the loan though I await the report to see how it was handled in practice. I’d argue it’s the LD group having it both ways given they often seem to criticise policies they didn’t bother to vote against.
