Don’t think the deal structure is particularly unusual, nor do I think the Woking property market will decline long term. I expect housing demand to continue to increase so I imagine the financial position is relatively unchanged. (1/2)

On the club finances I imagine (don’t know) that the current stadium would need a pretty expensive revamp to keep at required safety levels and this is judged more viable long term. (Doesn’t mean the proposal as it stands is right but not sure these are reasons to oppose) (2/2)
