2 things annoying me today ... 1. It is a relief that the PM is recovering but with almost 2k deaths in last 2 days it's not a 'Good Friday' 2. Many people with older relatives rely on neighbours or local volunteers. Why did Robert Jenrick drive 40 miles to his parents?

Yes if they live 40 miles away. Pharmacies are delivering. Neighbours and local support groups are helping. I've seen many people locally asking for help for their parents because they live this distance apart. Would it be OK for me to go 200 miles to take medicine to my mother?

If you’re family need medication you get it to them no matter what. If my parents needed medicine, I would 100% drive the 25/30 miles to Croydon to get it to them. If it the only way to get it to yours was to drive 200 miles then yes absolutely you should.
