Can’t understand the mindset of remainer Tory MPs willing to consider bringing down govt in next few months. There are only two possible successor govts: 1. A Corbyn/SNP coalition to butcher both the economy and the union. 2. A Tory-led govt with full no-deal mandate.
Only avenue for tories to fight a pre-Brexit GE is on a fiercely no-deal platform which I suspect makes Tory-Lib coalition impossible.

Depends on the practicalities though, doesn’t it? You head off the Brexit party challenge by going full pelt NDB, but both Tories & Labour put the LDs on steroids? Might be the only workable coalition. I mean, the whole thing’s a mess, which is probably the most likely outcome.
