Such a powerful episode with Richard Fierro. Hard to listen to. I felt that devastation as he recalled that night at Club Q. Trauma is an awful yet powerful way to tie people together, and I can’t imagine how difficult it is to navigate through life after tragedy.

Something about this episode that is unlike the others. The most controversial episode yet. To listen to what Richard had to say.. it was uncomfortable. But the power of Real Ones had me listen to it all; to hear a voice of a person I otherwise wouldn't have.
