I’ve just moved the @scottishgreens amendment on the Glasgow City Council budget. Here’s 10 things it will deliver:
1. A £2 million investment in anti-poverty COVID recovery measures.
2. A long term income guarantee for Glasgow Life beyond current emergency COVID funding.

9. Money for local food, supporting nature, and to accelerate net zero plans. 10. An agreement on pressing fossil fuel divestment prior to the city hosting COP26. My thanks to colleagues who’ve helped deliver these proposals for Glasgow’s Green recovery.
