Any "practical plan that will work" needs labour on board. This is labour coming to the table. A flat out no is the wrong response. Thankfully she's changed her mind about that.

It suits JC to be prime minister, and he has set out the conditions of his temporary government. Other parties should negotiate to ensure a referendum before a general election, but they must engage in good faith.

Because they don't want to held over a barrel by JC for his support? Think about it, if Labour *really* wanted to stop a "No Deal", why aren't they willing to work with someone other than JC as temp PM?
