The bad rap that Brussels Sprouts had up until recently was totally deserved. They suck. Their recent acceptance/popularity is the work of the deep state.

Ok no, I used to think they were gross because everyone said they were. Roasted in the oven with some olive oil, salt pepper garlic powder and then tossed in a balsamic honey reduction they are by far the best vegetable. Like not even close. I have them 3x a week at least.
