So, Mr. Trump, @StormyDaniels says she's not bound by a nondisclosure agreement because you didn't sign it. Your lawyer says the NDA is valid. Now you say you know nothing about the NDA payment, so ... you didn't sign it? This seems legally problematic.

NDA is likely enforceable w/o Trump’s signature, BUT he would have to prove up NDA to enforce it. With no signature it’ll require his testimony that he assented to it, paid the $130k and abided the deal which begs the question of why he needed an NDA unless her claim was true.
