Right exactly. I'm saying Avenatti doesn't think they'll take the deal, and he didn't offer it thinking they'll take it. He offered it knowing they'll reject it. But he can take it to court as proof of her good-faith effort, and their continuing effort to keep her silenced.

It really is amazing to watch him slice and dice Michael Cohen up, every day, like this. Every time Cohen has a new excuse, Avenatti leaks a new email. Now he puts Cohen on the spot with this, today. Along with Cohen threat to CBS, pumps more life into the story.
