As journalists write about immigration policy, we need to take care not to slip into these loaded phrases. For decades, “chain migration” was known as “family-based migration system,” which allows members of families to sponsor relatives.

And going through Ellis Island or proper immigration protocol doesn’t involve bringing drugs or shooting border patrol agents either. That’s happening...it’s real.

It's interesting that opponents of migration work the word "chain" into the description..not good imagery by design

Time will tell but lots of kids can’t get jobs because illegal aliens have flooded the contract and low end of the job market. I mowed lawns at age 12. Now a “crew of illegals” scours the neighborhood

A "family-based migration system" means that recent immigrants determine the majority of the people we welcome into the country. Does such a policy best serve our nation's interests, or would we benefit more from accepting arrivals based on skills or education, for example?

This is marketing jargon. Does the "family based" migration cost the same as the "chain" migration? Think how much these whole families can do for MEXICO!

Same way "abortion" has morphed into "women's right to choose," or ... "women's reproductive health rights." And when "quotas" became "racial preferences," "affirmative action," and now, benignly ... "diversity." Or, when "illegal aliens" somehow became "undocumented workers."

Impeaching the real Traitor obviously. James, The distinction here is that trump and his band of thieves are real live Traitors and they will be treated accordingly. Then we’ll go back to being PC, because it is actually Correct.
