Its Arkansas, if they can't defend an open seat in Arkansas it isn't going to matter. Not every R candidate is going to be a clown show like Roy Moore.

Cotton is a guy always playing the long game on his presidential chances. The stain of this doomed administration on his CV can't be much help.
