For all blame on Freedom Caucus, Trump, moderates, how about the health bill itself? Can lawmakers be blamed for voting 'no' on a bad bill?
Biggest problem was decision by McConnell & Ryan to jam #ACHA thru w/ reconciliation, meaning bill was neither fish nor fowl & not vetted.
