Is LBJ responsible for Wallace, Hindenburg for Hitler? Do people absolve Brown Shirts as driven by divisive Weimar? Personal responsibility?

@meelar This might be wrong. Per the NYT today, not making fun of Trump in 2011 may have been it, which just goes to show life is weird.
