@jonathanweisman The argument from the anti-ban people is that US oil would be welcomed by foreign markets sick of dealing with Russia/OPEC.
If oil prices are set on world mkt & mkts face an oil glut, lifting ban on US oil exports will have zero impact on prices or climate. Rt?
