@jonathanweisman good point, though it seems plausible the crop of swing-district freshman (e.g. Stefanik, Curbelo) can make up for them.
Last debt ceiling passed w/ 221 votes, only 28 of them GOP. Of those 28, 9 are gone, some replaced w hardliners. Boehner may not have votes
