@nickjuliano Lawsuit dismissed for lack of standing. Not sure how partisan leadership in Cong has more authority than POTUS over exec branch -
@jonathanweisman since Cong writes the law, better to at least have signature of ML/speaker rather than exec action conflict w/ law txt
