Serious question for @djheakin - If gvt-run health care is so inefficient, why can't Medicare Advantage compete without subsidies?

@jonathanweisman Also, it is not obvious MA will survive. 25% of plans are gone b/c of the cuts so far.
@djheakin Are reimbursement rates for MA docs lower than traditional Medicare docs? I'm trying to figure out what those cuts were aimed at
