Serious question for @djheakin - If gvt-run health care is so inefficient, why can't Medicare Advantage compete without subsidies?

@djheakin All that money ObamaCare cut from Med Advantage. It didn't eliminate the program. -
@jonathanweisman Also, it is not obvious MA will survive. 25% of plans are gone b/c of the cuts so far. -
@djheakin Are reimbursement rates for MA docs lower than traditional Medicare docs? I'm trying to figure out what those cuts were aimed at -
