Or maybe they just preferred one candidate over the other, you know, for actual substantive reasons. Reducing every discussion to a simplistic male/female analysis is an easy crutch that advances a preconceived agenda, but contributes little else.

Yeah, I'm sure it's just a coincidence that out of 197 Republican members of Congress, only 13 are women...what a crazy random happenstance that so many men are substantively better than so many women!

Hope that the women of NC-03 who voted for Joan Perry will figure out how to express their displeasure on September 10th. Since control of the House is not at stake, a vote for the Democratic candidate would allow them to send their message.
