Doesn't matter, if he chose to put the picture on his page. ONLY way out of this is if he's not in the pic and someone put it on his page as a bad prank. And that is the longest of longshots of possibilities.

I dont think I agree. This appears to have been his personal page, not just a page in the yearbook with random photos. So seems to me that its existence is news. But I do agree, as I said, that there are lots of questions.

I mean if it's two other people than choosing to put it on your yearbook page--meant as a representation of yourself--is even weirder and as or more offensive.
