Get smart. Read up on ABC v. Food Lion, when ABC reporters posed as employees to bust Food Lion and the grocer won a huge judgment against ABC for deception in 1992. Food Lion distinguished b/c actors took paychecks from Food Lion, so the fraud claim stuck. The jury never saw the actual undercover video. "Read up on a court case that got thrown out." Folks just posted up at least 3 examples of NEW YORK TIMES reporters UNDER COVER, all of them AFTER 1992. So tell us all another way how "it changed the way reporters do their work" because you've just been shown clearly IT HASN'T.
