in other words, science

Libs demand science is 100% in on the subject of climate change, but when it comes to gender identification, pffftt, that whole X-Y/X-X chromosome thing is so 19th century.
-
And for the record, be whatever you want to be, I don't care, but genetic males entering contests for females is beyond absurd. So, no don't "Just Do It".
-
My bad, I was imprecise in the use of the word gender (not exactly composing an essay here). But my point still stands: if you're an XY, you shouldn't be allowed to compete in events for XXs.

No. Merely expressing a point. But you go ahead and extract out of it whatever you want.

Wow, alright. Male and female being an ummutable biological reality since the beginning of time and whatnot, how dare they?!?!
-
Given the physical reality of intersex persons as long as we have records, and the recurring discussion/fear of socially intersex persons in traditional societies...
-
Talk about exceptions proving the rule... a genetic mutation that results in indeterminate or dual physical attributes is possible, but statistically insignificant. This argument is social and political, for all practical purposes you have one set of chromosomes or the other.
-
Incorrect. Interest individuals can aslo have mixed chromosomes. They also represent 2% of the population. It is not extremely rare. It is also not your business. And certainly not the governments. http://www.isna.org/faq/what_is_intersex …
-
Intersex is not transgenderism. Intersex is a biological malformity. Would we consider someone born with two faces two people? How about two prostates? Is such a person a double male? Healthy human beings are born male and female. This is because humans reproduce sexually.
-
You can cause a mutation to cause a horse to grow a horn, but that does not make the horse a unicorn.
-
There's a big difference between making a definition, and interpreting observations to suit the definition you made, and creating definitions to encapsulate/define what you observe.

Legally non existent? No they would just be the sex that they physically were at birth. Not taking sides but that's a really dumb thing to say and rather misleading.
-
Glad to see so many people aren't fooled by the false narratives

-
But in a way... do they even exist?
-
Mind blown
