  Also worth noting: confirm Kavanaugh & you have a Supreme Court majority that overturns Roe right before 2020, when Democrats have a much more favorable map. 8th Circuit just upheld TRAP laws in Missouri in direct conflict w Hellerstedt. NIFLA made it to SCOTUS in 2 yrs.
