I don’t doubt the geographic analysis but on the individual level, would anyone say, I’m going to sell my house and move because I hate my neighbors’ politics or is this just an urban-suburban v exurban-rural divide?

It wasn’t long ago in America when people were not identified or defined by who they voted for in the last election. Wonder if we’ll get back to that.
