Pres Trump again today repeated his false claim of being the only recent Republican pres candidate to win Wisconsin, asserting that even Reagan lost it. Wrong. Reagan won Wisconsin in both 1980 and 1984. He only lost GA and MN in 1980 and only MN in 1984.

  As long as lying is framed as “factual mistakes”, and as long as he’s not called out publicly in real time he will continue lying. His behavior has been all political upside to this point. It’s nonsensical to think Trump will stop lying as long as it comes at no cost.
