Dems could hold hearings. They can’t subpoena witnesses, but they can invite them. I testified at one held by the House Democratic Caucus.

Dems can, often do, hold forums in fancy rooms. Hearings are official proceedings by the house that are called by the majority. Forums are rarely covered.

That’s true. IMO it’s time for Dems to stop whining and being victims and start making some noise.
